Col and Jan Taylor are the operators of Mango Paradise. They are currently developing the Mango Paradise property to better show the world their little piece of paradise, and Col has won the 'Diversification Australian Farmer of the Year' award in 2011 for his efforts.
Jan's hospitality and her cooking are both renowned throughout the district, and Col is a fourth-generation farmer whose magnificent barramundi are his pride and joy.
